We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Real Estate Attorney to join our legal and property practice in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will handle real estate transactions, contracts, and disputes while ensuring full compliance with state and federal property laws.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding property transactions and development projects.
• Represent clients in real estate litigation, arbitration, or mediation when necessary.
• Conduct due diligence on property titles, zoning, and environmental compliance.
• Work closely with brokers, developers, and investors to close real estate deals efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law or property transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail.
