Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients seeking mortgage and refinancing options.
• Evaluate applicants’ financial status and determine appropriate loan programs.
• Process and manage loan applications from start to finish.
• Communicate with underwriters, appraisers, and real estate professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Valid NMLS license required.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in mortgage lending or financial advising preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage, finance, or banking.
