We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mesothelioma Attorney to join our law practice in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will represent clients affected by asbestos-related illnesses and fight to secure justice and rightful compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in mesothelioma and asbestos exposure cases from investigation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery responses.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with medical experts to build strong and evidence-based claims.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience handling asbestos, toxic tort, or personal injury cases preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury or mass tort litigation.
