Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of medical malpractice cases from investigation to trial or settlement.
• Conduct legal research, review medical records, and prepare case strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with medical experts and investigators to strengthen case outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and malpractice laws at state and federal levels.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation.
