Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain records of system performance, issues, and solutions.
• Assist with IT equipment inventory and system updates.
