We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our business law practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and contractual matters while protecting their business interests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, shareholder agreements, and merger documents.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Represent clients in business negotiations and legal proceedings when necessary.
• Stay current with changes in corporate law and advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate or business law.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters.
